Wolfmother Phase 2, have named Dave Atkins of Brisbane hip-hop/funk band Resin Dogs as their new drummer. No news as yet as to who will be stepping in to fill the bassist/keyboardist role, but it'll be some of the biggest shoes to fill as the ex-keyboardist/crowd lifter played a humongous part in the band.
This new version of Wolfmother will besides playing the the Clipsal 500 soon, will also be playing a secret show in Sydney this weekend. We don't want to ruin all the mind games but let's just say that the weekend day it falls on is NOT Saturday and the venue might be the Oxford Art Factory.
