¡Forward, Russia! release sophmore 'Life Processes'

On their sophomore set, 'Life Processes', England-based dancey rockers ¡Forward, Russia! have attempted something they've never done before on a full-length album: they're actually given their songs proper names.

But that's not the only conceptual shift from their debut, 'Give Me a Wall'. In fact, 'Life Processes' is one of those "concept album" deals, with "each song describing a particular facet of life" and moving along according to some kind of linear logic. Produced by Matt Bayles (Mastodon, Isis, Blood Brothers), 'Life Processes' is out now in the UK.

'Life Processes':
01 Welcome to the Moment (The Rest of Your Life)
02 We Are Grey Matter
03 A Prospector Can Dream
04 Spring Is a Condition
05 Don't Reinvent What You Don't Understand
06 Some Buildings
07 Breaking Standing
08 Gravity & Heat
09 Fosbury in Discontent
10 A Shadow Is a Shadow Is a Shadow
11 Spanish Triangles
