Lightspeed Champion Australian tour

With Splendour sold out, the sideshows are being announced. Lightspeed Champion fans, he's coming.

Dev Hynes, original frontman of Test Icicles, took the single life in 2007, and became the Lightspeed Champion. His debut album 'Falling Off The Lavender Bridge' is considered a delicate, wide-eyed collection of lo-fi folk. Put simply, 'Falling Off The Lavender Bridge' is just lovely.

Lightspeed Champion will no doubt be a revelation at Splendour, but he’s also the kind of guy intimate sideshows are made for. You’d be foolish to miss that chance.

Tickets go on sale Thursday 5 June.

Wednesday 30 July – Northcote Social Club, Melbourne
Thursday 31 July – Oxford Art Factory, Sydney
