NeverEverLand revises lineup and it sucks

Following last week’s rather outrageous blog-storm of controversy with the irrepressible Muscles, many had been wondering what was on the cards for the impending Nevereverland festival tour. Well, we have some terrible and atrocious news. NeverEverLand management have revised the lineup - Drastically!

“Please note that some of the artists originally advertised to perform at Nevereverland will now not be appearing,” read a statement from Modular and Michael Coppel Presents. “This is due to some unforeseen issues with production and venue logistics.”

Headliners remain for all shows. However, half of them are Australian/New Zealanders, which pens the question.......why is it still $100 per ticket??? It's an absolute outrage and to be honest this event should be cancelled.

Clearly, Modular and Coppel are losing thousands of dollars on this festival. Obviously, 'production and venue logistics' really means 'tickets aren't selling, we can't afford to pay for performances, flights, accom, etc.' Yet in order to try and keep the fans happy, the headliners will still perform. So what couldve been a great day of seeing some awesome local acts in the arvo, followed by the headliners in the evening, has turned into cuck.

The Presets and Cut Copy will still perform, as will international guests The Klaxons, Hercules & Love Affair and Whitest Boy Alive. But, Muscles, Temper Trap, Tame Impala and The Lost Valentino's are set to miss.

We'd say get a refund, but ticketmaster conveniently don't give refunds, even in situations such as these.
