UK trio Friendly Fires have been labelled everything from dance-punk, to the new nu-wave, electro-pop, melodic song, and disco dance. Whatever you make of their sound, we are more than happy to tell you that Friendly Fires are undeniably one of the most exciting bands of 2009. In conjunction with their appearance at this year's sold out Splendour In The Grass festival, Friendly Fires will also be making a few appearances around the country.
So after playing sell-out shows throughout Europe and the UK and opening for acts such as Interpol and Blur, we are very excited to finally have Friendly Fires heading our way in 2009. The thought of hearing 'Jump In The Pool', 'Paris' and 'Skeleton Boy' being played live makes us drool at Music Universe like Homer Simpson drools over a doughnut.
