UK Indie rockers White Lies have just announced a couple of Splendour in The Grass sideshows.
The group has had a great deal of success in their home country. They hit the #1 spot in the UK album charts with their debut LP 'To Lose My Life'. We've listened to the album and haven't been very impressed. So, having their sound been compared to the likes of Editors, Interpol, Joy Division, The Smiths and Echo and The Bunnymen - it sounds like they yet another one of those rip off bands. Let's hope not and that they can deliver something special with their shows.
Tickets go on sale Thursday May 21st at 9am.
July 28 - Metro Theatre, Sydney NSW
July 30 - The Hi Fi Bar, Melbourne VIC
