On 26 September 2009, Brisbane will open its doors to the Sounds of Spring music festival once again. 15,000 fans will have a chance to catch some of Australia's finest indie acts - think of it like precursor to Homebake festival.
After a huge festival last year, Sounds of Spring invites you back for a bigger, better, louder festival, in every way. Apparently the phone has been off the hook with bands wanting to play at this years festival and so far the ones to make the first lineup we think you’ll really enjoy.
THE LIVING END, JOSH PYKE, FRENZAL RHOMB, THE BEAUTIFUL GIRLS, SHIHAD, BUTTERFINGERS, DOWNSYDE, URTHBOY, CHILDREN COLLIDE, SHONEN KNIFE, QUAN, PEZ, PHRASE, THE HARD ONS, THE FAUVES, RHUBARB, TOOTHFAERIES, DJ PERPLEX, TEXAS TEA, DJ KATCH, MY DISCO, NUMBERS RADIO, THE TONGUE, GIANTS OF SCIENCE, ROGERTHAT, KATE BRADLEY AND THE GOODBYE HORSES…
PLUS MANY MORE STILL TO BE ANNOUNCED!
