Brazilian party-starters Bonde do Role are due to play a string of festival dates over the Australian summer, but Rodrigo Gorky has suggested the band is in limbo at the moment.
In an interview with the UK's Radio 1’s Annie Mac, the DJ/beatmaker was candid. “We are having internal problems,” he revealed. “We are trying to sort things out but meanwhile we are just going to have to cancel some of the shows… We are sorting things out right now.”
“We played at our normal sold out crowd yesterday at La Scala (London), everyone loved it!” he continued. “We had a stage invasion and all that, it was super fun, but all the stress hit us after that…it became a really nasty thing, let’s see if time heals things.”
It will be a real shame if they were to end things so soon. A real shame.
