In case you were missing them from your life, the Arctic Monkeys are back with a third album for all you fans. The yet-to-be-named album will be released on August 24th.
The Monkeys of our era, as previously mentioned, have joined up with two producers for the album - James Ford (half of Simian Mobile Disco) and Josh Homme (frontman of Queens of The Stone Age). We at Music Universe have no idea what mashed-up sound we are going to get from this new album, but we are definitely interested. James Ford has already worked with the Monkeys producing their second album 'Favourite Worst Nightmare'. That album claimed to be called the most anticipated second album in a decade. It was stronger, harder, sharper, faster and also left us thinking what might they do next. One can only guess having Josh Homme on board now.....you thinking stoner rock??? Going by their latest picture (seen above) - maybe.
Tracklist:
01 My Propeller
02 Crying Lightning
03 Dangerous Animals
04 Secret Door
05 Potion Approaching
06 Fire and the Thud
07 Cornerstone
08 Dance Little Liar
09 Pretty Visitors
10 The Jeweller's Hands
