**Libertines reforming update**
Peter Doherty (pronounced Dockerty for those who didn't know) has said that The Libertines will reform next year.
The guitarist was fired as the band's frontman in 2004 following a series of rows with bandmate Carl Barat over Doherty's drug use - and the band subsequently split.
But the pair, along with drummer Gary Powell, put their problems behind them and reunited for an impromptu gig in London last month.
And now Doherty said he is looking forward to a full Libertines reunion, with bassist John Hassall, in 2010.
Speaking to The Sun newspaper (not the most reliable of sources), he said: "Definitely next year, we will do it."
