Javis Cocker Australia 'Further Complications' tour this December

"She came from Greece she had a thirst for knowledge, she studied sculpture at Saint Martin's College, that's where I caught her eye." How many time have you sung this line??

Well, for those that love Pulp, the former frontman Jarvis Cocker is going to tour Australia this December and let's hope he plays a couple of Pulp tunes.

The Brit-pop king released a string of critically acclaimed albums throughout the Brit-Pop era (80s-90s) with his main band Pulp. Forming in 1978, Pulp went on to sproduce seven full-length albums, the last one being 'We Love Life' back in 2001.

Whilst rumours circulate and fans continue to demand a Pulp reunion, Jarvis Cocker has been busy working on his solo career. In 2006 he released his first solo album entitled 'Jarvis', which was followed by his 2009 release 'Further Complications'.

The tour kicks off in Brisbane on December 5th before winding through Sydney, Perth and finally Adelaide on December 10th. There is no Melbourne show as yet, possibly suggesting that Jarvis might be headlining the Meredith Music Festival. Imagine.

Dec 5th - The Hi Fi Bar, Brisbane QLD
Dec 7th - Metro Theatre, Sydney NSW
Dec 8th - Metropolis Theatre, Fremantle WA
Dec 10th - HQ, Adelaaide SA

Tickets go on sale Friday August 14.
