Every year the Soundwave Festival gets bigger and better. Come February 2010, Soundwave will once again play host to some of the finest alternative, hard-rock, punk acts in this universe.
Announcing their reformation in early 2009 and touring the big festivals across the other side of the equater, Faith No More will be headlining Soundwave.
After having to cancel their Splendour in The Grass gig, Jane's Addiction will be doing their best to not get sick again and co-headline the festival. My Chemical Romance were last here more than two years ago and will no doubt be bringing their black parade to the stage.
Other notable acts to join these monsters on stage include Eagles of Death Metal (for their 458th tour of the country), AFi, HIM, Alexisonfire, Taking Back Sunday, Anti Flag, Reel Big Fish (nice to have some Ska sounds on stage) and many more. However, the camp at Music Universe are devastated that Jimmy Eat World (crossed our fingers for 12 mths) weren't mentioned. Kills us!
