Calvin Harris is another one of those artists to have been found on the internet (myspace) ie. Arctic Monkeys, Clap Your Hands Say Yeah, etc. His first album 'I Created Disco' was released on 18 June 2007. The album contained uptempo electrotrash songs that were influenced by music from the 1980s. To promote I Created Disco, Harris embarked on a tour of the UK, supporting Faithless and Groove Armada. His first single off the album 'Acceptable In The 80's' reached the top 10 on the UK singles chart, remaining there for 15 weeks. He has worked with Kylie Minogue and Sophie Ellis-Baxtor. Catch him live during the Good Vibrations festival or at one of his sideshows.
