Caribou, formerly known as Manitoba, will be hitting our shores in January 2008.
Caribou recently released his second album under the Caribou name, 'Andorra'. Known mainly for his exceptional live shows, where he plays the percussionist and the set includes complex video projections on a large screen. In a recent interview Caribous was quoted in referring to his music, "I will have an idea to put some different sounds together or a melody that meshes with a chord sequence or a sonic mood, I'm not the type of person who takes physical things apart and plays around with them, but I like taking mental ideas apart and playing around with them."
