Portland based singer songwriter Mathew Cooper aka Eluvium will be flying downunder this summer to join forces with indie wunderkinds’ Explosions In The Sky for a series of tour dates. I have already told you all about the Explosions tours, but I just had to remind you that Eluvium was supporting.
For those that read Music Universe's Best of 2007 albums, Eluvium's latest 'Copia' made it in quite easily.
Cooper probably first came to Aussie music boffin’s attention last year when the crew at Melbourne's Sensory Projects released a composite of the first and third Eluvium releases entitled Indecipherable Text.
The collection was immediately heralded for its ambient atmospheric pieces that called to mind the likes of Brian Eno.
Eluvium will perform in Australia with Explosions In The Sky in February.
