It was only a few weeks ago that we announced that The Who will perform at the Australian Grand Prix in Melbourne next year, well now shows in Brisbane, Adelaide, Sydney and Perth have been confirmed this morning.
It has been 40 years since the group graced stages in Adelaide and Brisbane and the first time ever for Perth. They were in Melbourne and Sydney four years ago. The line-up coming to Australia will include Roger Daltrey, Pete Townshend, Simon Townshend, Zak Starkey, Pino Palladino and John Bundrick.
Supporting the band on their tour is San Franciscan rock group Counting Crows, as well as the old school rock n roll Australian band Dallas Crane.
Tickets go on sale Wednesday December 3 and will sell out within seconds.
