Well, it's looking more and more likely that it's safe to say that 'Chinese Democracy' is going to be released.
Best Buy- the store, as you may recall, which landed the exclusive rights to the Interscope release of Guns N' Roses 'it's about time' album has released the album's cover and tracklisting on their website. Well, one version of it, anyway; there's a mention on the site of alternative art, though that hasn't been posted as yet. As for that cover? It's a sepia-tone image of a bicycle, with a big basket on it. Turn it up!!! NOT. Sounds like it could be the most boring album cover of the decade. The Best Buy page also notes that the album drops on Tuesday, November 25.
