My Morning Jacket are going to be busy when they come to Australia in January 2009. Not only will they be a part of the Big Day Out contingent and supporting the one and only Neil Young, but they will also be performing a couple of sideshows.
Unfortunately only Melbourne and Sydney will be privvy to seeing these guys in a more intimate setting. Nevertheless, if you are from one of those cities, or can make it down from somewhere else, do what you can to get there! My Morning Jacket are one of the best live bands playing the scene at the moment. Add to it that their latest album is one of their finer masterpieces, you can imagine how hot these tickets will be.
